hard beat the egg whites together till they form thick crests.start beating on slow speed and gradually increase the speed to maximum (approx 15 minutes when using a hand held electric whisk)
now add egg yolk and beat well again.starting slowly and guradually increasing the speed to avoid spilling.
add 6-8 table spoon of sugar and beat well again. add oil and mix well.

use sieved flour, add 6 table spoon coco powder and baking powder (quantity mentioned above).

mix this in the egg mixture and milk. form the batter.

this process should take approximately 30-40 minutes.

in a preheated oven (180 degrees) bake for 1 hour.

for the topping :

melt 100 grams butter, add a drop of oil to prevent it from burning. add remaining sugar. when the sugar melts add 4 table spoon coco powder or use melted chocolate chunks if available. add 4 table spoon milk and mix well. remove from stove and allow to cool.

beat cream(1/2 cup) and sugar (4 table spoon) and keep in freezer. use for decoration.

sprinkle choclate and enjoy :) stays fresh for whole day

p.s: in this pic the cake had not fully cooled down and the cream melted, be patient and let it cool first :)
